If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eyewear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the eyewear in its original case and packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
